Excellent service always from Zeina. this place is awesome and the food is great! Always clean and friendly staff!

This place is so cute. Very clean and well maintained. Loved that I was able to get work done while the kids played. The kitchen staff were also super helpful and friendly.

This is a very nice place for the children and parents alike. Kidcadia has a wonderful adult and children menu. The food is excellent! This place is very well kept. Staff is always friendly, assisting people, and wiping (sanitizing) down everything! In addition, this place is safe and very secure. All exists are locked, must be buzzed in/out by a staff member. Also, there are cameras everywhere. A big shout out to a lovely young staff member, Zeina. She's always been very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Zeina has helped and served my friends and I, (and all of our kids) during several past visits. She's a hard worker, and a definite plus!

I don't really write reviews online however I wanted to reply to the review that states her children get sick after each visit. My 3 kids and I come here maybe 2 times a week for the past year and they have never gotten sick. We just came yesterday and there was a young lady who was on top of it sanitizing everything from the bottom area all the way to the top. She cleaned a spill within 2 minutes of it happening. She vacuumed the place & had a mini vacuum to get the smaller areas. The staff is always cleaning. I never seen them on their phones or chatting always have a broom / spray bottle and tackle everything down. Staff is nice, food is great. It's amazing. There's no kid place cleaner than kidcadia I've been to yo-yos , Dinoland sky zone. None of them match to kidcaidas cleanliness. They also have hand sanitizer all over the place for parents & children to use. Bathrooms are always clean . Never any diapers in the trash can smelling it up I'm always in awe. Even the upstairs area is great! GREAT CLEAN PLACE !

This place is CLEAN which is hard to do mid winter with snow and salt and germs but as we were here there was constantly someone wiping things down or vacuuming or cleaning up spills. (Proof in photo of someone cleaning as we were there) The staff was on top of it. They were all very friendly and welcoming. There are QR codes along the play area for ordering food which is great so you don't need to make your kids stand in line, you can just go pick it up when it's ready and call them to come sit down. The food portions are huge and they were actually really good for a kids play place and not ridiculously overpriced.

The Food, Ambiance and staff are wonderful! They need this all around the USA. So clean! Very interactive . Waaaay better than kids empire .

This is a great indoor play gym to keep little ones busy. I was under the impression that there would be staff to offer beverages and food in the cafe as well as help attend to children. Neither were the case. I was a bit sad about that. Nevertheless my little one had a brilliant time and the other families were very kind. It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon with a busy toddler.

I feel like I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only did my kids have a really fun time, but I really enjoyed it as well, and they have a great little cafe that you get snacks without having to leave. Bonus points that the snacks are halal! So great that they have that option! It feels very very and cottage core like and I love how whimsical it all looks. I will definitely come back when I come to the area again!

Such a fun place for kids. They have a so many options for kids to play with. Super clean which is always a win! My nieces birthday party was hosted here. We got the private party room which I have to say the interior was beautiful. Overall the experience was great the kids had a good time and as the adults can just relax. Plus point they have a coffee shop inside ( latte was really good). The crew was helpful and very attentive. PS socks are required for kids and parents! Parking on the back side Lactation rooms available
